Payments for monthly or annual subscriptions, exam preparation modules, add-ons, or one-time purchases are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent you from using the app or platform, please contact our support team. We will work with you to resolve the issue or issue a refund if the problem cannot be fixed.
Auto-Renewals
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are not provided for auto-renewals; however, you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges.
How to Request a Refund
